We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management specialist to support our Okta-based identity governance program.

About the Role:
  • Configure and maintain the Okta platform for single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and directory integrations.
  • Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Integrate new applications into Okta using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM protocols.
  • Monitor and manage Okta workflows, policies, and logs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and user provisioning issues across various integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with security, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Document Okta configurations, integrations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with IAM industry trends and recommend improvements to the Okta platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience administering Okta Identity Cloud.
  • Proficiency in SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and Active Directory protocols.
  • Experience with Okta Workflows, API integrations, and automation.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
