Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team.

">

As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns across various channels to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

">

You will research account and brand demographics to create relevant ad copy and creative suggestions, communicate effectively with clients to build confidence, and perform A/B tests to gather insights.

">

Additionally, you will follow a data-driven approach to make decisions, suggest new ad angles and creative variations, and optimize landing pages to increase return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversions.

Ultimately, you will work closely with our brands to achieve target key performance indicators (KPIs).

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a focus on paid advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns with a minimum of $25,000 in monthly ad spend.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook and Google advertising platforms, including targeting options, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance using data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
