Job Description:

To manage good relationships with customers, we aim to deliver exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction. This involves resolving issues promptly within the agreed timeframe (TAT) and providing support in a professional manner.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can establish strong performance metrics for our vehicles among customers, analyze technical complaints, and coordinate defect rectification. Additionally, you will be responsible for feeding back on company services, raising warranty or goodwill requests, and highlighting product concerns to reporting managers.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have experience in fleet management, and be able to train drivers effectively. You will also be responsible for arranging service check-up camps, updating customers on policy changes, and communicating new initiatives and product ranges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • General Experience: BE 38 yrs, DME 4 to 12yrs
  • Critical Experience: System Generated Core Skills – Consumer Focus, Product Knowledge & Application, Service Planning
  • System Generated Secondary Skills – Capability Building, Spare Parts Management, Warranty Management, Service Quality
