Key Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of pricing and growth strategies across multiple touch-points.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in pricing, growth, strategy, or analytics roles, ideally in high-growth startups or top-tier consulting/analytics firms.

  • Develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize customer value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the pricing roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize the subscription funnel by identifying and implementing data-backed improvements.

This role will be responsible for determining optimal price points for new and existing products using structured experimentation and data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Tier 1 academic background, preferably with a degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, or business.
  • Strong understanding of pricing methodologies (e.g., value-based, discounting, skimming) and packaging strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
