Job Title: Business Success Partner

About the Role:

  • Nurture customers to drive long-term success.
  • Oversight of customer life cycles and account management, from sales handover through onboarding, engagement, and relationship building.
  • Provide integration support and drive product adoption.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in product development.
  • Evaluate every aspect of the customer experience, prioritizing their needs.
  • Use data and analytics to identify at-risk customers and proactively mitigate churn risk.
  • Track initiatives to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and establish new capabilities.
  • Develop expertise on Scrut Automation and its application in improving security posture through standard offerings (SOC2, ISO27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a software company.
  • Background in cybersecurity or compliance is beneficial.
  • Clear communication skills with strong critical thinking ability.
  • Problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to a technical audience.
  • Multitasking skills are essential.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to ask for help when needed.
