We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Microsoft 365 platform's governance, automation, and development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, setting governance standards, and collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams.

This position plays a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficient Power Platform environment across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Build and manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy.
  • Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions.
  • Design and build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting.
  • Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units.
  • Use tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, PowerShell, and Graph API to automate administration.
  • Ensure compliance with security, change management, and ITIL frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with: ShareGate, Jira, Nintex, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
