Job Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Business Growth Specialist with 3-6 years of experience to drive client expansion in the US financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and nurturing leads to offer services such as accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive client acquisition through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and nurture leads to close new client deals.
  • Offer services such as accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation to US clients.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  • Expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for professional services.
  • A deep understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and common tax compliance and auditing standards preferred.
