Job Title:
Senior Agile Delivery Manager

Job Description:
A talented and experienced professional is required to lead cross-functional teams in delivering agile-based project outcomes. The successful candidate will facilitate team collaboration, ensure adherence to Scrum methodologies, and drive business value by streamlining processes and removing impediments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Daily Scrum meetings to maintain team alignment and progress monitoring.
- Develop clear Sprint standards, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with product owners, managers, and team members to facilitate effective communication and project delivery.
- Identify difficult sources of impediments using strong analytical and problem resolution skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in an IT project management office or as a project manager for an Information Technology department.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Strong knowledge of Agile approaches, previous experience with Agile tools, and techniques are desirable.
