Ai Regulatory Analyst

We are seeking experienced Ai professionals to support the design and deployment of an ai-driven solution for regulatory horizon scanning. These roles focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (Ai), Natural Language Processing (Nlp), and advanced analytics to monitor, interpret, and analyse regulatory updates across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor global and regional regulatory bodies for new and updated regulations.
  • Build and optimise Ai-enabled pipelines to ingest and process structured and unstructured regulatory publications.
  • Automate the classification of regulatory documents using Nlp, Llm, and machine learning.
  • Extract obligations and key data requirements from regulatory texts.
  • Map regulatory changes to internal policies and reporting frameworks.

ai Solution Development:

  • Train and validate Nlp/GenAi models to improve regulatory document interpretation.
  • Design automation workflows for regulatory monitoring and impact assessment.
  • Integrate Ai agents with data warehouses and regulatory reporting systems.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in financial services, regulatory reporting, compliance, or RegTech projects.
  • Prior experience implementing Ai-driven regulatory change monitoring or regulatory technology platforms.
  • Exposure to automation frameworks to streamline regulatory processes.

Regulatory Domain Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of prudential and transaction reporting frameworks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory change management processes and supervisory expectations.

Ai & Data Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Nlp, Llm, and Ml techniques for text classification and summarisation.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with data integration tools and cloud platforms.
