Data Scientist Position

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our team in the Digital Experience Analytics department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Generative AI and Machine Learning, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation, enhancing customer experience, optimizing operations, and mitigating risks using AI/ML techniques.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and fine-tuning Gen AI models to implement process and system improvement opportunities
  • Working with Engineering teams to deploy ML & Gen AI solutions into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and regulatory compliance
  • Staying updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and applications in the BFSI sector, including Explainable AI & Ethical AI
  • Ensuring AI solutions comply with banking regulations, including data privacy and model governance requirements

Required qualifications include:

  • Between 5-10 years proven experience as a Data Scientist
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or similar Quantitative field
  • Certifications in AI/ML, Financial Analytics, Cloud Computing

Desirable skills include:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, Pyspark, SQL
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Pytorch, or JAX
  • Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and tools for model lifecycle management
  • Expertise in working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and financial-specific APIs
  • Experimental mindset and quest for continuous learning
