- Compliance Oversight: Lead end-to-end compliance processes and liaison across regulatory bodies.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee PMS fund operations, including NAV reporting, digital onboarding, accurate fee processing, and client interactions.
- Governance, Legal, and Finance Coordination: Coordinate closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders to uphold impeccable corporate governance, taxation, IP, and trademark management.
Preferred Background:
- 5+ years in compliance and operations for a registered investment product, with a track record of successfully navigating regulatory audits.
- Qualifications in CS (eligible to be the designated CS) and CA (or accounting/finance degree).
Bonus:
- Experience at fintech startups and interest in staying fluent in modern AI tools.
