Job Role:

We are seeking seasoned engineering leaders to spearhead our teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Dive into product and project commitments for the team by participating in product roadmap discussions and contributing inputs in design, modelling, and architectural decisions.
  • Lead teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes, driving efficiency and productivity to produce high-quality output.
  • Define non-functional requirements (NFRs) and build systems that meet these requirements, performing design and code reviews, and overseeing project logistics and resource allocation.
  • Use various tools and techniques to enhance code quality and reduce code debt, suggesting the best design and implementation methodology.
  • Collaborate with other team leaders and departments, building and developing required competence in the team.
  • Mentor team members and prepare them for future roles.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, around 7-15 years of total experience, minimum 4-5 years of experience working with EVM, Android-related technology, and frontend technologies like EMV knowledge, Android POS development experience. Good understanding of commonly used databases like SQL, NoSQL.

Desired Skills and Qualities:

Exceptional personnel and project management skills, expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes, organizational, planning, and documentation skills, proficiency in explaining complex information to non-technical management personnel, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, past use of Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools, ability to create qualifications for a new product, proficient in stakeholder management and conflict resolution, and experience in fintech space is an advantage.
