Product Engineering Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Product Development Specialist to lead the development of cutting-edge products. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product engineer to join our team and drive innovation in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to customers.
  2. Develop and implement ATE test, qualification, and manufacturing plans.
  3. Release products into manufacturing, adhering to stringent customer requirements.
  4. Create datasheets and automotive compliance reports.
  5. Provide real-time customer support for design, product, and quality-related issues.
  6. Characterize and set production limits for temperature, voltage, and process.
  7. Own new product introductions and yield management.
  8. Maintain product BOMs and manage excursions for suppliers and customers.
  9. Analyze data using commercially available yield tools and generate weekly reports for PE teams.
  10. Achieve KPIs in product-related deliverables, including NPI execution velocity, product cost, quality performance, and failure analysis cycle times.
  11. Optimize PAT, SYL, SBL, SPC limits, and disposition to protect quality without waste.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product engineering, with a strong background in analog circuit design.
  • Familiarity with ATE tester platforms (e.g., Teradyne J750, Advantest 93K).
  • Knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuitry, device physics, test methodology, and DFT.
  • Experience with common lab test equipment and bench characterization.
  • Familiarity with JEDEC/AEC qualification standards and stress test conditions.
  • Experience with qual hardware/software development is preferred.
  • Familiarity with yield management tools like PDF Exensio and JMP, applying statistical analysis to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage supplier excursions and customer escalations through problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor failure analysis is desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
