The Chief Product Owner will lead the product vision from concept to launch, integrating digital platforms with physical services to deliver meaningful, human-centered experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product strategy across mobile, web, physical services, and concierge offerings.

- Build, maintain, and deliver on product roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Use customer feedback, market research, and wellness data to inform product direction.

- Collaborate with operations, clinical, tech, and marketing teams for smooth rollouts.

- Track and analyze KPIs like engagement, NPS, retention, and health outcomes for iterative improvement.

- Mentor and build a high-performing product team with a culture of agility and innovation.

- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years in product leadership, ideally in health-tech, eldercare, wellness, or consumer services.

- Proven ability to deliver omnichannel products combining digital and offline experiences.

- Experience launching socially impactful products in health, wellness, or community-focused domains.

- Strong data-driven decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Comfort working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.

Preferred Skills:

- Background in ageing, eldercare, or senior-focused wellness products.

- Familiarity with wearables or health monitoring devices.

- Empathy-driven, inclusive approach to product design.
