Procurement Manager Telecom and Mobility

This role requires a strategic thinker to develop and implement comprehensive supplier strategies across the Global Enterprise Software, Hardware, Telecom, and Cloud Procurement category. The focus is on improving quality, cost, and service across PepsiCo business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 14+ years of work experience in procurement, finance, consulting, or technology field, with strong analytical, project management, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills. They must be able to lead cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts, and drive process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive supplier and sourcing strategies for technology.
  • Drive the sourcing process, lead sourcing, support Master Services Agreement, SaaS, Statement of Work development, and analyze/evaluate rates to optimize supplier engagements.
  • Work with industry specialists leading RFP, RFQ, RFI, competitive bids, maintenance renewals, and miscellaneous projects.
  • Lead cross-divisional business teams including Global and Divisional IT teams, Legal, and Finance in the successful implementation of strategies, contract negotiations, and project planning.
  • Achieve annual productivity targets within the Global Procurement productivity framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, technology, or Science. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Eager to embrace and lead change, ability to manage in ambiguous matrixed environment.
  • Comfortable and able to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with stakeholders, across global markets.
