Job Title: Credit Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to lead our credit management efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a strong understanding of financial principles.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be expected to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • This role requires the ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks. The individual must be proactive, have a strong work ethic, and be committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • As a key member of our team, the Credit Controller will provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner. They will also be responsible for maintaining a database of all transactions related to payment collection account receivables.
