About the Role

We are looking for a smart and driven Wealth Manager who excels at building relationships and closing deals.

You will represent our personalized wealth management platform, helping clients make informed investment decisions and grow their wealth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Onboarding: Be the primary point of contact for prospects, understanding their profile, explaining our advisory model, and onboarding them into our stock portfolios.
  2. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline effectively, follow up on leads, and hit your acquisition targets.
  3. Quarterly Reviews: Conduct quarterly video reviews with each client, analyzing portfolio performance, answering questions, and building trust.
  4. Communication: Maintain open communication channels – emails, calls, updates – ensuring clients feel informed and supported.
  5. Portfolio Growth: Identify opportunities to grow each portfolio, cross-selling PMS, upselling allocations, and deepening wallet share.
  6. Investment Analysis: Analyze client portfolios and suggest intelligent improvements aligned with our core investment philosophy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in sales or advisory roles in financial services (banks, AMCs, wealth firms, etc.)
  2. A strong academic background
  3. Exceptional communication skills, clear, confident, and convincing
  4. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, MFs, stocks, and investment strategies
  5. High sales ownership and strong relationship-building instincts
  6. The ability to explain complex investment methodology in simple terms
