Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1.6 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in NBFC or sales
  • At least 6 months tenure in the current organization
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting and developing sales teams
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
