Software Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high standards of our software products.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers to deliver a seamless user experience.
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer who possesses strong technical skills, including proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as a solid understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Test Planning & Strategy: Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
- Manual & Automated Testing: Execute a variety of tests, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, both manually and using automated tools (web and mobile applications).
- Bug Reporting: Accurately identify, document, and track software defects from discovery through resolution using a bug-tracking system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of test cases, test results, and test artifacts.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in test management and bug-tracking tools.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in performance testing tools.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
