Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a positive first impression of our company by greeting and welcoming visitors
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary
- Provide information to callers and visitors about our products and services
- Schedule and manage appointments, site visits, and factory visits
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documents, records, and reports
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
