Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Center Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, monitoring sales metrics, and collaborating with other departments to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  3. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance sales skills and productivity.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing personalized assistance when needed.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹ 1,400,000 - ₹ 2,000,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Hands-on experience in building and handling large teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
