Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced developer to lead the development and implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy business solutions, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Design and develop complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices, continuously improving existing solutions.
  • Evaluate and ensure the quality and performance of business solutions through rigorous testing and validation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Total IT experience of 6-8 years, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Hands-on experience in AI Builder, Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Knowledge on Power Pages, Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience with SQL and data integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and other Microsoft technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MICROSOFT CERTIFIED: POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPER ASSOCIATE OR SIMILAR CERTIFICATIONS.
  • Previous experience in a lead or senior role within a business development team.
