Key Responsibilities :

Siebel CRM Configuration & Architecture :

- Possess a deep understanding of the Siebel CRM platform, including its architecture, object model, and design methodology. The candidate should be able to design, configure, and implement customized solutions that align with client requirements and best practices.

Workflow and Business Logic Development :

- Develop and maintain complex workflows, business components, and business services using Siebel Tools.

- You will work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations within Siebel.

Siebel EAI and Integration Experience :

- Demonstrate strong expertise in Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), including web services, VBCs, EBCs, and integration objects.

- Should be capable of designing robust and scalable integration solutions to interface Siebel with external systems.

Scripting and SQL Proficiency :

- Use Siebel eScript and browser script effectively to implement business logic and user interface behavior.

- Strong command over SQL is required to work on Siebel data layer and optimize performance.

Technical Documentation and Testing :

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including design specifications, user manuals, and deployment guides.

- Should also be capable of executing unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT phases with minimal supervision.

Client Interaction and Support :

- Interact directly with clients to understand their business needs, provide technical consultation, and troubleshoot production issues.

- A proactive approach to identifying potential issues and providing timely solutions is critical to this role.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel CRM development and support.

- Strong command of Siebel configuration, scripting (eScript, browser script), workflows, and business services.

- Proficiency in Siebel EAI, including integrations using web services and MQ/HTTP adapters.

- Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL (Oracle preferred).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Exposure to DevOps tools and deployment automation for Siebel.

- Knowledge of Open UI enhancements and JavaScript.
