Key Performance Metrics Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled analyst to join our team in driving business growth through data-driven insights. As a Key Performance Metrics Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize business operations.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced attribution models, develop complex SQL queries to extract insights from Snowflake, and create interactive dashboards using Metabase.
  • Your expertise in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques will enable you to drive business decisions through data-driven insights.
  • You will also partner with client teams to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.
