Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our data center, ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and effectively. This includes managing critical situations to meet customer requirements, owning Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintaining compliance with various standards.

The role involves leading a team of shift workers, tracking complaints and resolving them within specified timeframes, and conducting incident management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for asset management, including warranty and lifecycle management, as well as vendor management to ensure equipment uptime.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with experience in data center operations and infrastructure. They must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Level: Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Working Experience: At least 7+ years of progressive data center and/or critical facilities experience
