Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our indoor play center and party venue for kids in Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead all client interactions and guest relations, representing the brand for all incoming enquiries and presenting sales pitches about the center's offerings to prospective clients.
  • Handle events at the center from enquiry and booking stages to complete execution, supervising various departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, repair and maintenance.
  • Manage overall day-to-day operations and running of the center, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Resolve client escalations and grievances efficiently.
  • Supervise and lead staff, coordinating their daily activities and tasks.
  • Lead various teams and standardize processes around housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage operations, and cleanliness of the center.
  • Prepare daily and monthly management information system reports and maintain basic accounts and petty cash for the center.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and client-facing roles.
  • Experience in handling operations and leading teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
