Data Center Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Lead to lead the design, development and implementation of automation solutions across our organization.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation in data center operations.

  • Design, develop and implement automation solutions for data center operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation in data center operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for capacity planning and resource optimization.
  • Implement disaster recovery and high availability plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage patch management and lifecycle processes to ensure compliance.
  • Automate tasks using PowerCLI, vRO workflows, or integration with tools like Ansible and Terraform.
  • Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of data centre infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
