Expert Financials Specialist Sought for Dynamic Project

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Workday Financials with a focus on seamless system integration, optimized performance, and robust technical architecture design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success through effective planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Champion industry best practices in software development, code reviews, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality results.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure timely delivery and maximum ROI.
  • Promote innovation and process improvements to stay ahead of the curve in financial management.
  • Develop strong relationships with business partners to understand their needs, goals, and pain points.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience as a skilled Workday developer.
  • Proficiency in all modules within Workday Financials Management with expertise in configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Workday Extend/Built on Workday and Workday Studio for streamlined project execution.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack for efficient project management and communication.
  • Proven track record of successful integrations with indirect tax software (e.g., Sovos, Avalara, Vertex).
