We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial systems, implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and building Power BI dashboards to support real-time financial reporting and informed decision-making.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions. They will design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Management Information Systems (MIS), financial performance and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to comprehend business needs and transform them into technical solutions.
  • Design, create and sustain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure seamless integration with finance processes.
  • Manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, guaranteeing adherence to internal controls.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
  • Document workflows, processes and technical specifications.
  • Train Finance team members on new tools, reports and processes.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
Desirable Experience:
  • Prior experience in a law firm, professional services or consulting environment.
  • Exposure to automation of finance workflows and process improvements.
  • Experience working with SQL or other data sources for reporting.
