Job Title: Financial Systems Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in finance systems to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work closely with our finance team to enhance financial systems, implement ERP solutions, and build Power BI dashboards to support real-time financial reporting and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.
  • Manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
  • Train finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience in a law firm, professional services, or consulting environment.
  • Exposure to automation of finance workflows and process improvements.
  • Experience working with SQL or other data sources for reporting.
