About the Role:

The Financial Systems Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing financial systems, policies, and procedures that meet the needs of ISA's business operations. This includes establishing robust internal controls, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures that meet the needs of ISA's business operations.">
  • Establish robust internal controls to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting.">
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and strategic plans, identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities.">
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including international accounting standards.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • At least 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5-7 years in a senior management position.">
  • Experience working in an international organization or multilateral development bank is highly desirable.">
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in using financial management systems.">
