
Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to candidates, understanding their expectations, and mentoring them to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new candidates and familiarize them with program elements
- Understand the needs of all candidates and provide personalized support to help them succeed
- Keep all candidates informed about the latest developments in the program through regular updates
- Monitor candidate performance and propose strategies to improve lagging metrics
- Maintain a comprehensive database of candidate interactions and growth
- Provide constructive feedback and motivation to underperforming candidates
- Coordinate preparation for placement activities to maximize job opportunities
- Act as a liaison between the program team and learners to ensure timely feedback and continuous improvement
- Resolve day-to-day queries from learners and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High customer-centricity, with the ability to understand and address learner needs; Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage clear internal communication to drive learner success
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required
