We are seeking a Customer Success Intern to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all candidate interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.
About the Role- Candidate Champion: You will be responsible for addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat, providing top-notch customer service and support.
- Documentation Reviewer: You will review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
- Candidate Educator: You will educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
- Candidate Interaction Management: You will document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.
- Support Documentation: You will create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.
- Strong Communication Skills: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Support Experience: You have a basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.
- Team Player: You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactivity: You take initiative, make decisions, and tackle challenges proactively.
