Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

This is a senior-level role that requires strong leadership skills, expertise in financial planning and analysis, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver timely divisional analytics packs with actionable insights.
  • Ensure service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions.
  • Drive FP&A transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning & analysis tasks.
  • Partner with finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
  • Lead annual planning by collaborating with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.
  • Develop sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance critical reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
  • A Chartered Accountant qualification with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • FMCG industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
