Warehouse Executive Job Description

The Warehouse Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This position oversees warehousing and distribution operations, guaranteeing timely completion of warehouse activities and adherence to defined performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and value-added services for a range of commodities
  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Implement and maintain warehouse processes, including Goods Receipt Notes, First-In-First-Out, Last-In-First-Out, and Put Away procedures
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure high stock accuracy levels
  • Generate Management Information System reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and administrative guidelines
  • C Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and Return-To-Origin orders
  • Process Electronic Way Bills, Goods Receipts, and vendor invoices as per agreements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar profile with e-commerce/fulfillment centers
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems/SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning packages is an advantage
  • Graduate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform tasks efficiently
