Job Title: Principal Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge GPU computers.

  • To lead the development of high-performance computing solutions, leveraging deep learning, AI-ML algorithms, and computer vision expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive an end-to-end workflow from data curation to deployment.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in PyTorch, TensorRT, CuDNN, and HPC platforms. Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and bash scripting is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable high-performance computing architectures.
  • Benchmark and optimize computer vision algorithms for performance and quality metrics.
  • Optimize algorithms for optimal performance on GPU tensor cores.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in machine learning, numerical analysis, performance analysis, model compression, optimization, and computer architecture.
  • Strong data structures and algorithms know-how with excellent programming skills.
  • Hands-on expertise with container technologies like Docker, Singularity, Shifter, Charliecloud.
  • Proficient in Windows, Ubuntu, and CentOS operating systems.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with cloud computing architectures and software-defined networking.
  • Understanding of fast, distributed storage systems and Linux file systems for HPC workloads.
