**Financial Analyst Role Overview:**

Whispering Woods Resort is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to manage the end-to-end financial and accounting functions of two business entities. The role requires maintaining accurate records, preparing financial statements, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving cost control.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining separate accounts, accurately recording daily transactions, preparing monthly financial reports, and managing petty cash and vendor invoices. They will also ensure timely filing of returns, monitor variances in budgets and expenses, and provide financial insights and recommendations to management for operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, and prior experience in hotel/resort accounting is strongly preferred. They should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and Tally/ERP systems, proficiency in MS Excel for reporting, analysis, and reconciliation, and ability to manage dual accounts efficiently.
