Job Description

We're seeking a strategic thinker who excels in business process optimization and loves ecommerce. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll interact with various business stakeholders as a cross-functional liaison to understand client requirements and issues. You'll partner with Architects and technical leads to innovate solutions, create documentation, and facilitate fact-finding discussions.

Responsibilities

  1. Ecommerce requirements gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for large-scale projects and managing the requirements scope.
  2. Successfully handling ambiguous situations and developing a practical plan to achieve clarity, defining functional behavior, business rules, and data attributes.
  3. Working with business stakeholders or sponsors to translate business needs into business and functional requirements, fixing functional gaps, and adding minute details.
  4. Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process analysis, use cases, or user stories, scenarios, event lists, competitive product analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
  5. Acting as a product owner for the development and QA team, clarifying doubts of developers and test engineers, validating the developed functional solution, and testing cases, and providing a demo to the client.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with experience in IT or eBusiness, including experience with ecommerce, web application development, or other eBusiness solutions. You should have strong facilitation and communication skills across business and technical audiences, familiarity with a broad array of internet technologies and trends, and understanding of eCommerce internationalization and localization complexities.
