We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to play a crucial role in analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving data-driven decision-making within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in data analytics using SAP BW and HANA, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Analysis: Understand supply chain processes, systems, and operations. Collect data on supply chain operations. Analyse data to identify areas of supply chain operations and Systems. Utilize your domain knowledge to understand end-to-end supply chain processes and suggest improvements.
  • Data Analytics: Leverage your expertise in data analytics to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets related to supply chain operations. Develop insightful reports and presentations to communicate key findings and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, procurement, and finance, to gather and document business requirements. Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for IT teams and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand their strategic objectives and align supply chain initiatives accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain improvements into the overall business strategy.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the supply chain domain. Apply industry knowledge to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst preferably within the supply chain domain.

Requirements:

  • Strong domain knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Hands-On Working Experience on SAP Analytics products SAP BW & HANA S4.
  • Exposure of Working on SAP systems wrt Oder Management, Materials Management and Supply Chain.
  • Proven experience in data analytics, including data collection, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Excel. Tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms is a nice to have.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
