About this Key Role

This is a senior managerial position responsible for managing large numbers of Subject Matter Experts and coordinating with other team members to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing high-quality content for assessments, including MCQs in English, Hindi, and other languages
  • Managing Question Banks: structuring and designing banks, setting quality standards for writing and review, and tracking inventory levels
  • Coordinating with Subject Matter Experts: defining selection criteria and strategy, monitoring performance, and training and developing SME pools
  • Test Designing: creating test designs and coordinating with SMEs to finalize designs
  • Supporting Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and meeting organizational requirements
  • Post-Exam Analysis and Reporting to Senior Management

Qualifications:

  • Subject Competency in School Subjects up to 12th Level as per NCERT Syllabus
  • Broader understanding of Education System and relevant syllabi
  • Experience in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development
  • Excellent command over English (written and spoken) and good command over spoken Hindi
