About this Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Content Editor & Team Lead in the insurance domain to oversee our content team and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of blogs for clients in the insurance space. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional editing skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to coordinate and streamline team efforts to meet deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the content team to guarantee smooth workflow and alignment with client expectations in the insurance domain.
  • Edit, proofread, and refine all insurance-related blogs to maintain a high editorial standard.
  • Evaluate content accuracy, compliance, structure, and alignment with client tone and insurance-specific guidelines.
  • Monitor team productivity, establish clear deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of insurance-focused content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to enhance overall writing quality in insurance topics.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client deliverables and internal coordination.
  • Address last-minute requirements and facilitate team adaptability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Content Editor/Senior Content Writer/Team Lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail, particularly in insurance-related content.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Thorough understanding of insurance blogs, SEO basics, and content structuring.
