Faculty Position in Information Systems

GITAM invites applications for a faculty position to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, conduct research, and contribute to departmental and institutional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching students on various topics including Big Data Analysis, Emerging Technologies in Business, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Ecosystems, Digitalization in Business, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, and R Programming for Analytics.
  • Engaging in scholarly research and publishing in peer-reviewed journals.

Required qualifications include:

  • A Ph.D. in Information Systems or a related field.
  • Effective teaching or potential for excellence in teaching.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated research record or potential for scholarly productivity.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and technology-enhanced teaching.
