Job Title

Fundraising Director Opportunity

Seeking a skilled Fundraising Director to lead our efforts across high net worth individuals, corporate social responsibility, foundations, and digital giving.

  • Develop a 3-year fundraising strategy with targets by segment and program.
  • Own the full donor lifecycle: research, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and renewal/upgrade.
  • Design multi-year giving vehicles, including anchor gifts, challenge funds, catalytic grants, cause marketing, events, and peer-to-peer campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • Masters in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; fundraising certifications a plus.
  • 8-10+ years of direct fundraising experience with a proven major-gifts and institutional track record in India and internationally.
  • Experience launching or scaling new initiatives in research, education, skill development, and community empowerment preferred.
