As a proactive Senior Associate - Growth, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing retention marketing campaigns to increase student engagement and drive course completion and renewals. This role requires a data-driven approach, hands-on experience with MoEngage, and a passion for analyzing user behavior.
Key Responsibilities:- Lifecycle Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and execute personalized multi-channel campaigns using MoEngage across push notifications, in-app messages, emails, and WhatsApp. Map learner journeys and create automated workflows based on behavioral and academic data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, and Academic Success teams to align communication strategies with learning milestones and curriculum needs.
- Content Personalization & Engagement: Develop personalized communication tracks for different user segments (e.g., new learners, drop-offs, high performers). Drive engagement through nudges, reminders, and motivational content.
- Performance Analytics & ROI Tracking: Track and analyze key retention KPIs, including batch enrollments, course completion rates, and subscription renewal rates. Analyze campaign performance using MoEngage Analytics, Google Firebase, and internal dashboards to provide data-backed insights and recommendations.
- Platform Mastery: Use a test-and-learn mindset, implementing A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) marketing, preferably within the EdTech industry.
- Technical: Hands-on experience with MoEngage is mandatory. Familiarity with WebEngage, CleverTap, or Braze is a plus.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize learner data into actionable strategies.
- Campaign Building: Proven success in managing user retention and engagement campaigns with measurable results. Experience building retention campaigns from scratch, including journey mapping and trigger logic, is a plus.
