Senior Sales Enablement Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of equipping sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to sell our products effectively.
Responsibilities- Design, deliver, and assess training programs aimed at improving the sales team's product knowledge, selling techniques, and overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales teams to ensure effective communication and support.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales training role in a product-based company.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, including consultative selling, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Deep product knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn and adapt) in product-based IT companies.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and feedback-giving skills.
- Proficiency in training tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Sales certification (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Leader, Sandler Training, etc.) is a plus.
- An estimated annual salary of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 depending on location and experience.
