We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our digital communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Voice & Storytelling
    • Elevate our brand voice and storytelling across all digital channels, ensuring consistency and tone.
    • Develop and maintain communication guidelines for seamless execution across teams and platforms.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Conceptualise and execute engaging campaigns that reinforce our positioning as a leading fashion destination.
    • Pivot campaigns in sync with product drops, festivals, collaborations, and brand initiatives.
    • Ideate and execute cohesive campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Content Creation & Design
    • Create impactful digital communication assets, including static creatives, Reels, Stories, GIFs, emailers, and website banners.
    • Be confident on-camera and represent the brand for select campaigns.
    • Oversee visual content creation – concept to final output – ensuring brand aesthetics.
    • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is essential.
  • Digital Engagement & Community
    • Maintain timely, engaging, and relevant digital messaging across platforms.
    • Promote growth and engagement through creative content driving conversations, shares, and saves.
  • Innovation & Trendspotting
    • Stay abreast of digital communication trends, platform updates, and content formats.
    • Introduce innovative ideas for storytelling and brand expression resonating with evolving audiences.
    • Able to leverage AI tools for content creation.
