Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Your goal will be to drive student acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to maximize quality of lead generation
  • Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc., and report campaign performance regularly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic ads, media buying)
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills
  • Good communication and project management abilities
