**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Business Intelligence (BI) reporting efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and analysis, with the ability to drive business insights through complex data visualizations and dashboards.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and R/Python.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure timely delivery of accurate data, driving business decisions with actionable insights.
  • Work across multiple functions to collect insights for action-oriented change analysis.
  • Implement process improvements, standardize reporting, and optimize technology usage.

**Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales reporting & analytics, with a minimum of 2 years in data analytics, preferably in CPG analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent competency in MS Excel, and experience managing complex datasets.
  • Deep grounding in analytical logic, ability to translate complex data into powerful insights, and strong change management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience from a top-tier consulting firm or prior FMCG company.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics, analytical tools like R/Python/SQL, and data visualization tools like KNIME.
