As a shop floor operations expert, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients enhance their manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and Implement Process Improvements
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify areas for optimization and implement efficient solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on operational objectives
  • Recommend best practices in shopfloor operations and apply them effectively
  • Deliver training sessions to client staff on improved processes and tools
  • Regularly monitor, track, and report progress to stakeholders

*Travel may be required to client sites as needed. Skills Required:

  • Experience in manufacturing operations with hands-on experience in production planning and shop floor processes.Experience in consulting is an advantage.
  • MBA from a reputable institution is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
