Job Title: Operations Manager


As an operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our facilities. Your goal will be to ensure that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage manpower planning and shift rostering to meet productivity targets
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and upkeep of facilities
  • Monitor vehicle connections, availability, and timely unloading/loading of vehicles, tracking metrics
  • Plan ad-hoc vehicle requirements based on load profiles and coordinate with fleet teams
  • Maintain service levels and performance metrics, driving improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between commercial, security, fleet, and last-mile teams
  • Drive metrics in respective functions, including inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, and first-mile metrics
  • Oversee HR/Employee-related key result areas (Diversity Hiring, Employee Morale, Employee Safety)
  • Mentor and work towards capability building of team members
  • Continuously explore process improvement opportunities and drive them to closure
  • Implement industry best practices of shop-floor management - Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma

Females are preferred for this role

Education requirement: BTech from Tier 1 college would be preferred

Experience: 1-3 years post graduation
